Forward-deployed. Fully managed.

Good morning. Everything is ready for your approval.

Your AI Chief of Staff is installed inside your business — your email, your calendar, your tools — and run for you by our team of real humans from one command center. It handles the routine work, catches what would otherwise slip, and queues up what needs your approval.

Most AI waits in a chat window. This one shows up before you get out of bed.

What "forward-deployed" means

Embedded in your business. Backed by our shared command center.

Two things make this different from every AI tool you've tried.

📥

It moves in

Most AI sits in a chat window waiting for you to prompt it — so it only works when you remember to. Ours is deployed inside your operation: it lives in your email, your calendar, your tools, on your data, and it works whether or not you're paying attention. Embedded, not on-call.

🛰️

It's never unsupervised

Your agent reports home to a command center our team runs — where we watch the whole fleet, keep it sharp, and step in when it matters. You get an operator embedded in your business with a fractional CTO team standing behind it. Deployed to you; managed by us.

A chatbot

Answers when asked. Forgets you the moment you close the tab. Does nothing on its own.

On-call

A DIY agent tool

You configure it, debug it, and babysit software you don't have time for. Another job.

Your job

Chief of Staff

Deployed inside your business, working on its own — and run for you. You get the agent; our team does the managing.

Embedded & managed
Let's be honest about your Tuesday

You don't need to hustle harder. You need to stop being the bottleneck.

  • A follow-up you meant to send three days ago is still sitting there — and it's worth real money.
  • An invoice is aging and nobody's chasing it, because 'nobody' is you, and you're buried.
  • You context-switch forty times before lunch and touch nothing that actually mattered.
  • The idea that could change everything? No time. There's never time.
  • And the 2 a.m. list in your head — the one you can't put down and can't finish.
What a chief of staff actually is

You're the CEO. This is your right hand.

An AI Chief of Staff isn't staff you manage. It's the operator every serious leader has — the right hand who runs the principal's world, guards their time, drives execution, and makes sure nothing drops. Presidents have one. CEOs have one. You couldn't afford one — a great human chief of staff costs six figures — let alone available 24/7/365.

So we built you a better one: an AI, deployed inside your business, that does the work at a fraction of the cost, never sleeps, never quits — with a fractional CTO team standing behind it. You don't need a team. This is your team of one.

What it Does

An AI operator, not an AI assistant.

Modern agentic AI can plan, build, and ship — not just answer. Here's what yours actually does while you sleep.

🛠️

Builds what you'd hire for

Drafts the landing page, writes the code, spins up the automation, wires the funnel. It ships work — not summaries of work.

💡

Invents revenue streams

Scans your assets, audience and market, then proposes new offers with pricing, positioning and a launch plan you can approve in one tap.

🧠

Remembers so you don't

One shared brain holding every client, deal, promise and deadline — so the things that used to slip through the cracks stop slipping.

💸

Chases your money

A daily pulse surfaces what's owed, what's aging, and exactly what to collect today — then drafts the message that moves it.

🎯

Tells you the truth

Not a cheerful chatbot. A blunt operator that names what you're avoiding and stops you before you do something dumb.

🔒

Your data, locked

Your own private workspace, your keys, revocable anytime — isolated from every other client's data. Yours stays yours.

Portable memory

Your AI may change. Your business memory stays.

The same approved business memory travels with you across supported AI tools through a secure connection — so switching models never means starting over.

Remembers what matters

Decisions, promises, standing instructions, and open loops — captured as structured memory, not raw chat.

Keeps AI aligned

Connected assistants read from the same brain, so you never re-explain the same context twice.

You stay in control

You can review, correct, export, or delete anything. Nothing leaves your workspace without your say-so.

How your memory is stored and protected →

Subagents

Eight specialists. One Chief.

Your Chief of Staff is the operator. The specialists below are who it calls in when the job needs one.

Finance Specialist

Money, collections, and what you owe.

Tracks receivables and payables. Every morning, tells you what to collect today and drafts the message.

Sales Specialist

Deals, proposals, and follow-ups.

Every proposal gets a follow-up date the second it goes out. Stalled deals show up on your calendar instead of dying.

Marketing Specialist

Growth, launches, and revenue streams.

Sizes new ideas against the hours you actually have. Picks one. Builds the launch plan. Owns the numbers.

Strategy Specialist

Focus, priorities, and saying no.

Reviews your priorities every week. Pushes back on new ideas before they become commitments. On by default.

Knowledge Specialist

Open loops, decisions, and promises.

Ends every day writing down every open loop, decision, and promise. Nothing resets when the chat closes. On by default.

Operations Specialist

Your other AIs and tools.

Keeps track of every AI you already use, tells each one what it can't touch, and hands work to the right one.

People Specialist

Habits, mindset, and performance.

Your pocket coach. Nudges you when you skip workouts, dodge a hard call, or start doubting yourself.

Security Specialist

Data, access, and guardrails.

Watches what touches your data, flags over-shares, and makes sure your AI doesn't leak what you promised to keep safe.

The Fit Interview

Your Chief of Staff is tuned to you in 7 questions — even if you've never touched AI.

No setup. No tech knowledge. No prompt engineering. Answer 7 quick questions about how you like to work — how direct you want it, how much detail you need, how you want bad news delivered — and your Chief of Staff arrives already speaking your language.

Then you name it. Nova. Murphy. The thing you want. From the first message, it works like a great human employee who already knows how you think.

7 questions·under 5 minutes·works for total beginners
Straight talk

"Isn't this just a clever prompt?"

Fair question — and the instructions are the easy part. Here's what you can't copy-paste.

The system, not a chat window

Your agent reads and writes a real database and shows you a live dashboard every morning. It remembers across every session and runs a fleet that checks its own work. A prompt is a sticky note; this is the filing cabinet, the assistant, and the command center — the part that makes it reliable instead of a party trick.

The deployment, done right

Our team wires it into your actual email, calendar, docs and tools, and tunes the guardrails to how your business really runs — the fractional-CTO work most founders won't do themselves.

The upkeep, so it doesn't rot

APIs change, tools update, your business shifts — our team keeps it running. A prompt gets abandoned in a week. A system deployed inside your business is how the hours actually come back.

The deal, plainly:

You own your chief of staff — it lives in your account, on your data, and we never reach inside it. Our team deploys it, watches how it's performing through your dashboard, and keeps it sharp. You own the agent; you're paying for the operator behind it.

One conversation, wired into your tools, watched from your dashboard.

A plain AI chat is a brilliant brain with no arms — and amnesia. Every new window starts from zero. It can't touch your email, can't see your calendar, and forgets your business the moment you close the tab.

Your Chief of Staff is that same intelligence — plus hands, wired into the tools you already use. Plus a working memory that carries your whole business forward, day after day. Plus work that runs on schedule while you sleep.

So something changes about two weeks in: you stop opening other chats. There's no reason to. One front door. You talk to one Chief of Staff, it handles everything behind the glass — and your command center is where you watch it all happen.

What you actually get

A cockpit, an inbox, and a private bridge to our team.

Three pieces most "AI setups" don't have — because most people can't build them.

1 · The command center

Your whole operation on one screen.

Ventures, ledger, people, pulse, decisions. Every dollar in play, every promise you've made, every needle-mover — kept current by your agent, not by you.

3 · The private bridge

Your COS talks straight to our expert team + our AI.

A private, encrypted line to our team. We monitor and manage our own AI chief of staff, and it talks directly to yours. When your COS hits something it can't finish alone — a decision, a design call, a "should I send this?" — our Chief picks it up, answers what it can, and escalates the rest to a human on the team. You never chase anyone. You just get the answer.

Piece #3 is the difference between owning a tool and having an expert-managed operator behind it. It's also why the monthly exists.

Your Chief, inside any AI you already use

Claude. ChatGPT. Gemini. Cursor. Same brain.

Chief's Command runs as a live MCP server. Point whatever AI you already pay for at your URL, sign in once, and it becomes your Chief of Staff — with your voice, your standing instructions, your ventures, your open loops, your KPIs. Update anything in HQ and every connected AI picks it up on the next message. No re-paste. No drift.

Your AI runs get_agent_prompt and inherits everything — persona, mission, boundaries, latest instructions.
Live business data
It reads real ventures, real ledger, real open loops — never guesses, never makes up numbers.
Writes back
Learn something in a chat? Your AI calls log_pulse, add_open_loop, or update_profile so tomorrow's session inherits it.
Josh Rosenfeld
Who's running your ops

Why our Chief of Staff is running yours.

Josh Rosenfeld runs the team. Thirty years shipping product — from Apple's in-store demos in 1995, through Sabre, Walgreens, and Zillow, to going all-in on AI in 2022. Since then: 20+ AI apps designed, coded, and shipped, 1,500+ people trained to build with AI, and a fleet of agents running his own companies day and night.

Not a strategist with a Notion doc. A hands-on operator, designer, and engineer — the team writes the code, wires the integrations, and runs the machine. Same way we run ours.

The résumé, briefly

Apple. Sabre. Walgreens. Zillow. Left the "real job" world in 2022 to go all-in on agentic AI. Founder of AlwaysHere (voice AI for neurodivergent adults) and Rosenfeld Marketing (AI-powered growth systems for founders).

Why a CTO, not an agency

Agencies hand you a deck. Our team hands you a running machine. We designed this thing. We coded it. We deployed it. We operate it every day. When your Chief of Staff needs a human, it's a senior engineer on the other end — not a ticket queue. This whole site, the dashboard, the agent bridge — we built it.

One price. Everything included.

You get an operator. Not a subscription.

What you're actually buying

Hosting is cheap. Judgment isn't. Anyone can rent you a server with an AI on it — it will be fast, private, and completely ignorant of your business. Chief's Command is the other half: the operator that knows what you sold this week, what you're avoiding, and which invoice is aging. You can run it anywhere. You can't get it anywhere else.

The handoff is the whole point

Every other vendor makes you notice the problem, you write the email, you chase the answer. Here your chief notices, tells our expert-managed AI, and hands you the fix. You stay in the founder seat. The ops seat is ours.

The Venture Studio Upgrade

Invent, build, and market new revenue streams.

Once your chief knows your business, we move past backoffice. Our chief works with yours to invent new products, build the MVPs, design the funnels, and then market and sell them for you. It's a venture studio that lives inside your business. Approved clients only.

🤝

The "it works or you walk" promise.

If your chief of staff isn't deployed and giving you hours back within 7 days of go-live, month one is refunded and you walk. The team runs our own companies on this — we're not handing you something that doesn't run.

Questions

The stuff you actually want to know.

Your Chief of Staff runs in your Claude account — not ours. We never hold your passwords, your inbox, or your credentials.

Our team installs it, tunes it, and manages it from the outside — like a mechanic who works on your car but doesn't keep a copy of it.

Your subscription is yours, paid to Anthropic directly. We make zero on it.

If we part ways, your agent, your account, and your data are still yours.

It means the AI doesn't wait in a chat window for you to prompt it. It lives inside your actual tools — email, calendar, documents, project boards — and works on your business whether you're watching or not. Embedded, not on-call.
Claude is the brain. This is the brain plus hands, plus memory, plus an operator running it for you. Claude Pro alone won't chase your invoices, won't remember your client history across weeks, and won't hand off to a real human when it's stuck. Our team builds that layer and manages it.
Email and calendar are the core. From there we wire in the tools you already use — project management, docs, CRM, spreadsheets, accounting links — depending on your operation. No rip-and-replace.
Yes — a Google Workspace account (Gmail + Google Calendar + Google Drive on your own domain) is required. It's what makes a fast, clean install possible: your Chief reads your mail, holds your calendar, and uses Drive as its long-term memory for docs, notes, and files. If you're on Microsoft 365 (Outlook + Microsoft Calendar + OneDrive), that works too — same three pieces, different vendor. What doesn't work is a personal @gmail.com or @outlook.com address, or a setup where email, calendar, and drive live in three different places. If you're not on either, the first thing we do is get you on Google Workspace — it's ~$7/user/month and takes an afternoon.
We do the Fit Interview so your Chief knows your voice. Our team builds the deployment in your Claude account, connects your tools, and turns it on. Within 7 days it's working.
Your Chief of Staff can talk directly to our expert-managed AI. Our AI answers what it can, and escalates the rest to a human on the team. So you don't write tickets, don't chase Slack threads, and don't wait days for a human. The answer just shows up.
$2,500 per month with a 3-month minimum, plus a one-time $2,500 onboarding fee. Custom product builds are quoted separately.
One hour of 1:1 Zoom with Josh every month, plus direct Slack access to the team — weekday messages answered the same day by 6pm CT. The Zoom hour does not roll over; it's there to be used. Everything else runs through your Chief of Staff, which is the entire point of the thing.
Yes. Prepay the first three months and the $2,500 onboarding fee is waived — $7,500 to start instead of $10,000. The monthly rate is never discounted.
After the 3-month minimum, it's month-to-month. Cancel anytime. Because everything runs in your account, your data and your agent stay with you. You can also pause if you just need a breather.
Good. It shouldn't make big decisions alone. Your Chief flags what needs a human, drafts the options, and waits for your yes before it acts. Our team tunes the guardrails so it stays in its lane and never overcommits you.

Once your Chief of Staff is running your business, the next level is building a new engine that actually brings revenue in.

Our team designs and builds it — a membership platform, online store, client portal, launch funnel, or custom app — then your Chief of Staff operates it day to day, with our own Chief of Staff keeping it sharp behind the glass.

Foundation first, invention second. You can have a Chief of Staff without a new system, but every new system needs a Chief of Staff to run it. By application only.

Proof

Don't take our word for it — take a week.

"I went from drowning in ops across five companies to running all of them in under 30 hours a week. My agents chase the money, catch what I drop, and tell me what I'm avoiding. It gave me my time back."

Josh Rosenfeld — shipping software every day since 1978 (yes, since he was 7) · ran Apple's first in-store demo in 1995 · Founder of AlwaysHere

"She's helping me go from completely overwhelmed to understanding exactly where the gaps are and what I need to do. The operations piece was killing me. But I'm getting there."

Stop being the bottleneck.

One call. Tell the team about your operation. If it's a fit, your chief of staff is deployed and running in a week.

P.S. — Every week you wait is another stack of dropped follow-ups, aging invoices, and 2 a.m. lists. The chief of staff that ends it already exists — it's deployed in my companies right now. The only question is whether it's deployed in yours.

P.P.S. — Three deployments a month, and the "it works or it's free" promise means the risk is ours, not yours. Book the call.
