Rosenfeld Marketing operates this site and the Chief of Staff service. Contact: josh@rosenfeldmarketing.com.
(a) Information you provide: your name, email, business details, contacts, and the answers you give during onboarding ("Fit Interview"); (b) Structured business memory that you or your connected AI intentionally record — decisions, promises, standing instructions, facts, and open loops — plus the ventures, ledger items, people, and requests you enter in the command center; (c) Installation and device metadata for each AI connected to the service, including a friendly name, platform, device label, role (primary or worker), heartbeat timestamps used to derive presence, and a one-way hash of the installation's access token; (d) Access and audit logs recording who read or wrote each memory record, when, and the before/after values; (e) Site data such as email addresses submitted on free resource pages, plus standard analytics (pages viewed, device/browser info).
We do not, by default, store raw chat transcripts from your connected AI tools. Connected AI can only share information with the service through explicit tool actions it takes; it does not upload your other chats or your complete AI history.
The service maintains a structured business-memory record for each client workspace. Supported AI tools can access this approved memory through a secure connection, so the same context travels with you across models. You can review, correct, supersede, export, or delete records at any time from the command center. High-impact facts and standing instructions enter a proposed/confirmation flow so an AI cannot silently overwrite prior memory; conflicting entries are flagged rather than merged automatically.
The service is scoped to business operations. Do not record sensitive personal or special-category data (including health, medical, family, personal legal, or personal-financial information) in the command center or through a connected AI. If such information incidentally appears, tell your Chief; it will not record it and will remind you where it belongs.
To deliver, operate, tune, and support your Chief of Staff and command center; to communicate with you; to improve the service; and to meet legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.
Your agent runs in your own accounts. We do not collect or store your passwords. Access you grant through third-party authorization stays under your control and can be revoked by you at any time.
The command-center application and its database run on our application platform and its cloud database provider. AI processing is performed by Anthropic (Claude). Additional processors may include email/SMS delivery, analytics, and any integrations you connect. Each processor handles data only to provide its function.
The command center is multi-tenant with row-level security enforced at the database, so each client workspace can access only its own records. Connections are encrypted in transit. AI installations authenticate as the signed-in user; installation tokens are stored only as one-way hashes. Instance presence and message delivery are best-effort — messages to inactive installations remain queued until they check in. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We share data only with the processors described above to run the service, or where required by law. We do not sell data or share it for other companies' advertising.
Your Anthropic/Claude subscription is billed and governed by Anthropic directly under its own terms and privacy policy.
You may review your workspace's memory at any time, correct or supersede records, export the workspace's data, revoke individual AI installations, and request full deletion. Superseded records are retained in the audit trail so history is not silently rewritten. We retain data for the duration of the engagement and as reasonably needed for legal, accounting, or backup purposes; on termination we will delete or return your data on request, subject to those retention needs.
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your personal data, or to object to certain processing (including under GDPR and CCPA/CPRA). Contact us to exercise these rights.
The service is intended for businesses and adults (18+) and is not directed to children.
