Levels 1 and 2 run the business you already have. Level 3 builds you a new one — a membership platform, an online store, a client portal, a launch funnel, a custom application. Our team designs it and builds it. It ships inside the first ninety days — often much sooner. Then your Chief On Staff runs it.
How it works.

The application does the heavy lifting. By the time we meet, your Chief On Staff and mine have already read it and worked out what should be built.
- 2We audit, free.
A working session, not a pitch. You leave it with a scoped build and a fixed price whether you go forward or not. Your card is on file from the application and is not charged until you say go.
- 3We build it.
Ninety days to live at the outside, often weeks. You watch it happen — this is not a black box you check on in a quarter.
- 4You own it.
When the build is paid in full it transfers to you outright. Not licensed, not rented. Yours.
What it costs.
Every Level 3 is quoted for the project in front of it, at the free audit. No packages, no tiers, no menu.
Over six months, at the full monthly rate — you own it at month six.
Over twelve months, at roughly half that monthly rate — you own it at month twelve.
Same total either way. The term sets your monthly payment and the date the system becomes yours.
Build work is not refundable. That is what the free audit is for — you see the scope and the price before a dollar moves, and nothing is charged until you approve it. Once the build starts, the term runs to completion.
After it ships.
A system nobody runs is a system that rots. When the build term ends, your Chief On Staff takes it over — the operations, the maintenance, the hosting, the day-to-day. Level 1 keeps it running. Level 2 Max puts our team behind it with you.
Level 3 is by application only, and we take on a limited number at a time. If the build is bigger than the ninety-day window, it is not a Level 3 and we will tell you that at the audit rather than take the money.
